Trusting Our Instincts: The Trust

dozens of developers had made conventional attempts to transform the Home Federal Savings building at 139 S. Tryon St. into small offices or mid-level condominiums — and failed — before we purchased the property.

so Pursuit Group went in the opposite direction. instead, we created Trust, the most exclusive boutique luxury condominium in Charlotte (challenged now by our newest project, Encore). the entire building includes only eight large condominiums, each 3,500-7,000 square feet, and a premiere restaurant space. the building is already sold out, the restaurant space is filled, and the Trust is on its way to becoming one of the most distinctive condominium projects in the Southeast.
