we're personally invested in the projects we commit to.

which means that if it's not cool to us, it's not cool. we're dedicated to "client service," but we don't carry out plans that don't inspire us. no yes-men (or women) allowed. you hire us for our expertise. not for blind obedience.

by the same token, we don't accept "no" for an answer without a fight. take the Trust Condominiums. plenty of developers had failed miserably in making the most of a beautiful building.

we succeeded, by welcoming challenges and by getting more creative when the going got tough.
